Our printer suddenly will not power on.  Have tried the troubleshooting in the "virtual chat" twice and no resolution.  Purchased this at Costco so I'll need to take it back if I'm unable to get it working.  Apparently my warranty has ended as well.  Any ideas?

You have already likely covered this during online troubleshooting, have you disconnected all cords and cables and then tried plugging into a outlet on a different circuit. Connecting directly to the wall, not using any extension cords or power bars or power strips? Do you get any indication of power when plugging in like a fan noise? If not then likely the power supply has failed or the fuse on the power supply has blown.

Yes, as I mentioned I've been through the troubleshooting steps twice, including disconnecting and reconnecting the cables and checking the power status of the outlet.  It's plugged directly into the wall.  Still no resolution.  But thanks for responding.
