Product: HP M477

Hi I have an M477 and it is super slow printing single pictures. I mean 10-15 minutes for a 6 MB file. Latest firmware, reset printer, reinstalled printer drivers. Mac OSX   Printed same file to another M375 laser and it took 10-15 seconds. Both are on same wireless network. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you perform an nvram reset? If not, l would try that. Check YouTube for instructions.

Hi yes, I did.  Does not seem to by computer related as same computer printed to another HP laser with no issues.  Seems to be printer specific?
