Product: M477FNW
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Paper got stuck in feeder. Opened lid and pulled out easily. Turned off the printer, turned printer back on. Error message that it cannot calibrate and asks to fixed paper jam in feeder try. Turned off again and still can't get it to run. Suggestions please.
