Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am getting a constant 59.FO error and constantly have to turn off and turn on the printer.  Very annoying.

I have had a technician download the latest firmware and the latest drivers and he has cleaned the IBT and the printer.

I am still getting the same error.

The technician is now it is not worth changing the IBT.

The printer was purchased in March 2018.

Kindly advise if it is worth me purchasing a new IBT and having it installed, as I understand the price of the IBT is almost the price of a new printer.

Thank you.

Before doing any consideration run the DC controller firmware update found at here. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before starting to ensure you apply it correctly.
