Product: M479 Laserjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are using non-oem laser cartridges.  What is required to reset chips that will allow tracking of ink usage?  I've look for chip resetters and new chips, but no luck.  Any help out there.

I believe that the chip used is not resetable. As for 3rd party chips we have not seen any yet. Sometimes takes time.
