HP M553dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

SO FRUSTRATED!! I had to unintall and reinstall my printer as there was a problem with the ip address. Once reinstalled, the printer prints flawlessly ... EXCEPT on large print jobs it won't print. By a large print job I mean one sheet of 30 4"x2" labels. It thinks and thinks and then tells me it can't print. Other sheets of labels, 8 ot a sheet or 10 to a cseeht prnt fine. I'm certain this is a PS driver problem. I am printing the labels through Microsoft Publisher. How do I find and instrall the PS driver for the HP M553dn printer? I need this to work, like right now. : )

Download the current 6.7 Post Script Universal Print Driver and use that. Google HP UPD and it should take you right to the page. Our clients usually have better success with Microsoft programs by using the PCL drivers.
