M553 Printer Password Recovery

Trying to figure out how to retrieve the Admin Password for an M553 printer. Any clues?

No way to retrieve the password, you'll need to cold reset the device.

Turn the printer off, then back on.

When you see the HP logo and 1/8 below it, press the middle of the screen.

Scroll down and select Administrator, select ok

Scroll down and select Startup Options, select ok

Scroll down and select Cold Reset

Press the return arrow up back up to the first menu

Select Continue, then press ok

This will reset everything to how it was right out of the box
