Product: m553dn

I have a customer with a M553dn that is giving a 57.00.04 fuser fan error.  I can find the part number for the fan but I've searched high and low and can't find directions on how to replace it or even where its located.  This information is not in the service manual or in any of the training materials.  Anyone have a clue?

The part number is RK2-2418-000CN for location can't help you much don't have M553 close, but it's the close to fuser. There are grids for air flow on side covers check with your ear what fan isn't working.
