Product: M570dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our office has an M570dn that continually gives us trouble when printing. It will print fine for a while but then starts getting stuck displaying "Printing document..." and doesn't print the document until I power cycle. This happens for multiple users. They are printing through the network. Our other M570dn does not experience this issue.

 

What solutions should I try out here?
We are under warranty, but want to postpone having to lug the printer to the post office for shipping to repair center/replacement.

I would try a factory reset on the unit first. If that does not fix the issue, contact HP. This unit has onsite warranty, you do not have to lug it anywhere unless you are a long way from a repair shop.
