There are pending jobs and error messages on this printer that have been acknowledged but won't disappear, and now all jobs are being queued on the printer - which won't print until they are cleared. Power-cycling does not delete or remove any error messages or pending jobs. I see no button or menu options on the error screens. What is the procedure for clearing these messages?

Ok, HP, this is stupid. In order to clear the message(s) you have to clear the "error" condition. In my case, the error "Press OK for side 2 of a multi-page stack" required me to close, then re-open the paper edge guides on the manual feed of Tray 1 to clear the message.

These paper "size" sensors seem to have a high malfunction rate because the paper guides weren't even moved from the previous positions on Tray 1, and it was printing other pages of the exact same size without any problem. Nevertheless, moving them in and back out to the same position cleared the error message and allowed the queue to continue printing. HP, I think you made a huge mistake with the technology on these printers. We definitely made a mistake buying 10 of them without testing this model for at least a year prior.
