Product: M608
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to setup an existing M608 printer for our client/office and we need to reset the password.  No luck so far.  There was a similar issue previously marked 'solved' but it was fixed via a PM so it didn't help.  Many thanks for any assistance.

You need to go into the preboot menu and perform a partial clean. The readme file for the current firmware gives the instructions on getting into pre-boot. Once there, go to Admin and find partial clean.
