Product: Laserjet M609DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Working at Hospital that has about 12 of these machines fielded over the last 18 months. Pickup rollers for tray 2 are wearing out at about 15K and the machines constantly jam after that. Can not find anything from HP on this issue but something is not right. Since most of these units are doing abut 1K per day we are constantly changing the rollers which work fine for another 15K. Anyone else seen this issue?  The media is the same we use on other HP and Xerox printers and none of them have this issue. Only the M609 series.

We have found the life less than expected. I would ask that you log an event with HP Technical Support to ensure they are aware this is not an isolated issue.
