Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello

 

I am having issues printing envelopes with our M880. The Tray 1 only works if you feed it one envelope at a time. If you put in more than one envelope at a time, 4/5 times it will try to insert two envelopes at the same time and create a paper jam. 

The printer settings are correctly set to C5 100g envelopes. The issue occurs no matter from which computer the print order is sent. The Product No is A2W76A, made in 2014.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
