Product: mfp M130A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have same problems as guy in this tread:

Its same problem as his, and tried all of sugested and noting helped.

Hi,

Please try the following and let me know the results:

  1. Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
  2. Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
  3. Copy that folder's path by right clicking the top address bar and selecting Copy address.
  4. From the Control Panel select Devices and Printers.
  5. Click Add Printer.
  6. Select a local printer and press next.
  7. Select the port used for your printer, it is likely to be USB001, then press Next.
  8. Within the Add printer dialog press Have Disk and paste the folder path copied rearlier.
  9. Follow the steps to complete the wizard, select to print Test Page once offered.

 

The printer should print, if no test page is printed and there are more than a single USB port try the other ports (e.g. USB002/USB003) and see which one works for your printer, press Printer Properties on the added print queue, within the port tab check another USB port and try printing a test page..

So much effort to sign up in order to post. BS! But since this help alot i thought i take the time to sign up. This forum help me so much. I was trying to install this **bleep** printer for 2 hours now. And before that i was trying to help someone over the phone to install it. So i had to physically see myself. I guess its due to the printer and windows 7 because this installed easily on windows 8

I just wanted to make sure you receive proper thank you. So tha k you.

please i need help 

when i print this happen every time and the printer not print

and when i try to print test printing the printer print the test paper only

please help me to solve this problem
