Hi,
Please try the following and let me know the results:
- Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
- Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
- Copy that folder's path by right clicking the top address bar and selecting Copy address.
- From the Control Panel select Devices and Printers.
- Click Add Printer.
- Select a local printer and press next.
- Select the port used for your printer, it is likely to be USB001, then press Next.
- Within the Add printer dialog press Have Disk and paste the folder path copied rearlier.
- Follow the steps to complete the wizard, select to print Test Page once offered.
The printer should print, if no test page is printed and there are more than a single USB port try the other ports (e.g. USB002/USB003) and see which one works for your printer, press Printer Properties on the added print queue, within the port tab check another USB port and try printing a test page..
