The printer prompts for admin password on both the front panel and web interface when I attempt to make any configuration change. I have tried the common tricks found on Internet to factory reset, but it does not work.
I read there is a NVRAM secret reset procedure that exists, and HP can provide in private message.
Please assist, I'd hate to get rid of the printer, works perfectly.

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
