Even after cleaning in accordance with the operating manual by printing cleaning pages as well as by visually inspecting the toner cartridge and imaging drum the print quality remains poor; what may be the reason for this ?

If the issue persists and you have already followed all the instructions in the User Guide to clean the toners, I recommend you contact HP Support for Service Options
