MFP M132NW printer print quality

Laser jet printer

Even after cleaning in accordance with the operating manual by printing cleaning pages as well as by visually inspecting the toner cartridge and imaging drum the print quality remains poor; what may be the reason for this ?

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

I suggest you try updating the Printer Firmware. Please refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

If the issue persists and you have already followed all the instructions in the User Guide to clean the toners, I recommend you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
