Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper tray will not insert all the way into the printer.  It's sticking out about 2".  I can't see anything blocking it.  The printer works - picks up paper from the tray, etc., but it will not duplex print, and if I photocopy something, there's a blank margin on the copy.

 

HELP!

You might have (inadvertently) pressed the blue "tray extender" latch, which is intended to extend the tray in order for it to accommodate the (longer) Legal paper size.

Do you know how to change from paper tray 1 to paper tray 2. I'm using a Mac and I have tried everything! I have googled and read the entire Manuel. I can figure this out
