Product: Laser jet pro MFP M277dw

My printer cannot be detected by my mobile devices and no longer prints emailed content. It does not give me the location option of my country

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you using an iOS device or an Android device?
  • Are the devices connected to the same network?
  • Is there any error message on the printer or the mobile device when you try to print?
  • Are you directly printing or using the HP Smart App to print from?
