Product: Laserjet PRO MFP m281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting the "Ready to Download" message followed by "fw is corrupt" on a brand new, out of the box printer. This is completely rediculous that this would happen to a new product. The machine has the lastest firmware according to the website. **bleep**?
