MFP M283cdw Blue color issue

Hello.  I have a Color Laser Jet MFP M283cdw printer for several years.  The blues have never really printed well and don't match the color on my monitor.  It is more faded, not a rich blue.   I use HP cartridges.  I've followed all the advice on HP support and the HP smart App and nothing seems to fix this problem.  

My HP Envy ink jet printer prints blue perfectly, as is created on a document.

Any advice?

Methods for printing and explaining print quality pages:
On the main screen of the printer control panel, select the settings menu.
2. Select the report menu.
3. Select the print quality page option, thank you.
