Hello there. Went on line and purchased a new M4265fdn. Got it set up OK with no issues. My problem is when I go to print two sided using the supplied CD software it indicates there is only a manual way to print. Am I missing something here? The box and the HP Sales site indicate "Automatic 2 sided copying". See attached images. Thoughts?

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
