Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new M477fdw has an issue with the cooling fan. It runs continuosly for over 10 minutes after the last print job. It is very annoying and distracting to those working around it. Any remedy?

Have not run into this issue but if you are printing large print jobs it is possible. Is there clear space around the printer? Have you updated the firmware?
