macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I want to enable my printer for EPrint. The problem is that it will not connect to the internet no matter how many times I retry. The error is always the same. "Printer is unable to connect to the service. Check the internet connection." The Router has been rebooted. I can't even update the firmware. The version I am using is from 20170728. I have seen that this is an issue with way too many people. I need a resolution so that I am able to use the printer I paid for the way it was advertised.

Download the firmware to your computer and manually install. Once you have updated the firmware perform a factory reset and try to reconnect to EPrint. Also make sure that all network settings are correct, especially gateway and DNS settings.

If needed, use below utility from your Mac to update the firmware and then check for any change:
