I am venting!

1. I wanted a double sided color laser printer. The box said double sided. Yes, It's MANUAL double sided printing which takes forever, while the messages say it's out of paper. No it's not;  I'm putting in side one - and mumbling the whole time.

2. It  thinks the paper tray is empty when it still has about 20 sheets. I've never (30+ years of PC printers) had a printer that was so confused.

3. It jams a lot, especially today doing a double sided document. Wha???

4. HP Smart is stupid!! It yells at me about replacing the cartridge, ONCE PER COLOR,  EVERY FREAKING DOCUMENT  I print when I have WEEKS of usage left! That really slows down printing and ramps up my blood pressure, which doesn't need the help.

I have never had this kind of bad experience with an HP printer before.

I am sorry I ever bought this printer.

I am very, very, very disappointed in HP.

No, I don't feel better. That's how bad this is.

HP  M477fnw does't has double sided printing function what you need is M477fdn or M477fdw.
