I've been having paper jams in tray 2 off and on since I bought this printer a year ago.  It jammed again today and I cleared and now Error Code 60.02 displays and I'm unable to print.  I don't see anything stuck in the printer and need some help to troubleshoot what might be causing it.

This is a tray lift error. Remove the tray and make sure that the plate that lifts the paper moves freely. Also make sure that there is nothing blocking movement of the tray inside the tray cavity. With tray removed, power cycle the printer and see if it comes to ready and asks for paper. Insert tray and listen for any unusual noises.

I removed the tray and validated the plate that lifts the papers does move freely.  There is nothing I can see that is blocking the movement of the tray inside the tray cavity.  I removed the tray and power cycled the printer and it displayed a load paper message.  I inserted the tray, did not detect any unusual noises and it returned to the error code 60.20.  What other troubleshooting steps are available?

If there is not obvious damage then either the tray is defective or the lift motor has failed.
