Laserjet Enterprise Flow MFP M57

Hi, directly after pressing the power button I receive this error message " Error 99.09.62 Unknown disk". Can anyone help me ?

Even when I have replaced the HD with one of our spare M527 the message keeps the same.

Thanks Helmut

As these drives are encrypted and locked to a single machine you cannot simply swap the drive in. There are specific steps that must be followed using the preboot menu to get link the drive and machine for operation. Doing so will erase any data on the drive, sk make sure it is backed up or you do not have any irreplaceable settings programmed into it. If I can locate my simplified instructions I will PM you, or you may find them by googling.
