Now I need help with a neighbor's printer.
I write a local community newsletter, varies from 24-32 pages. This neighbor has sent me a scan of my November front page. I am including her scan, and a scan I did of my original work. The final issue is in B&W. Their prodcution shop makes the changes, as it been better clarity than my attempt with grayscale.
Both scans are printed. Her scans shows the flaws. Mine do not have flaws.

Hi,
Try cleaning the cartridge by selecting Setup > Service > Cleaning Mode and follow the listed guidelines, a blank page should be printed upon completing the task.
Try printing and check for any difference.
If the same results remain please print a Configuration Report and a Supply Status Reports, both reports should be listed under Setup > Reports.
Please share a scanned copy of both reports privately.
Cheers,
Shlomi

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.I think that the scan with the faults on was printed and scanned with the fault that was printed. This look like a fuser unit problem .The only other thing i can think of is that that faulty image is on the glass but would recommend to clean the glass and make sure that the document that is scanned is not printed faulty before scanning.Hope this will help.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.
