Magenta Horizontal Lines every 6.3CM

Hi All,

Can someone shed some light on this issue, i had a faulty magenta tonerMagenta Horizontal Lines every 6.3CM.

before and i replaced it now i have this issue with the brand new magenta that prints horizontal lines every 6.3 centimeters, anyone have an idea if i need to clean something in the printer to get this issue resolved with my magenta toner?

The circumference of OPC drum ( green drum visible on the bottom of toner cartridge ) is 63 mm so you have defective toner.

It's possible that toner was stored for a long time in the same position and from not being used OPC drum got defect, try printing several more pager maybe it will go away, if not claim your M toner.

Hope that is the issue, i also have an interesting noise with magenta, without it works fine, am afraid if it is not going to break my printer.
