Color Lase Jet Pro MFP M377dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, our office is currently using the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M377dw.  I recently replaced my laptop and had to install a new printer driver which I did from the HP web-site.  Unfortunately now the new printer driver only has a "manual" duplex setting so every time I print double sided I have to get out of my chair take my printed paper and reinsert it into the duplex tray which is driving me NUTS when all of my colleagues can printed double sided automatically . . . it may not be clear in the picture below but in the middle of the pic you can see "Manual Duplex Instructions" and below that on one of the drop down boxes it says "Print on both sides (manually)" . . . maybe I have installed the wrong printer driver.  I have checked what my colleagues have and there's does not say "manual" anywhere . . . can anyone help????!!!!

Had a look at the printer settings and found this page which has a section called Duplex Unit then a dropdown box where you can select "Installed" then you press the Updated Now button and nothing happens, the Duplex Unit de-selects itself back to "Not Installed" . . . I just checked my colleagues settings and he has it set to "Installed" so that definitely seems to be the answer but not sure why it would not allow me to select the setting . . . any more thoughts?  Thanks JM
