Hallo, ich habe so eben 3 neue kompatible Patronen (gelb, blau, rot) eingesetzt, eine kompatible schwarze Patrone hatte ich bereits im März eingesetzt, die funktionierte bis gestern problemlos. Jetzt kommt die Fehlermeldung "Materialspeicherfehler" und der Drucker druckt nicht mehr. Liegt das an einer automatischen Firmware-Aktualsisierung? Kann ich das irgendwie rückgängig machen?

Ich verstehe nicht, warum er die 3 neuen kompatiblen Patronen problemlos erkennt, aber bei der schwarzen, die seit Monaten drin ist, plötzlich eine Fehlermeldung bringt.

It is entirely possible that the identity chip on the cartridge has failed, this happens more often than you would believe and may have nothing to do with any updates.
