HP Laserjet Pro MFP 426fdw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We purchased this printer about a month ago (HP Laserjet Pro MFP 426fdw).  All of a sudden, in the middle of the work day, we started having problems faxing. We made no changes to anything with the printer and/or the computer (not even things that may have seemed unrelated to any of this) We are getting the message "Memory Low. Job cancelled".  I have tried to unplug the printer, waited for 5 minutes and plugged it back in.  I tried uninstalling the printer, rebooting, and reinstalling it.  I tried to reinstall it using the IP address.  I downloaded and installed the most current firmware.  I emptied the event log. I ran diagnostics, walked through troubleshooting with Windows, and have combed through every suggestion I could find. I tried calling HP; I was told that even though it says that the techs are available 24/7, that they were not there and I should call back tomorrow. I signed up for an account with this forum, and I am really hoping someone will be able to help me.

I have literally been working on this for over 4 hours. Its nearly bedtime; not only am I not in bed, I am still at work.

I work at a doctor's office.  Being unable to send and receive faxes can potentially cause some serious issues for patients.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks!

I appreciate you trying to help. Sadly that did not resolve the problem

I have been reading about a factory reset. Do you know how to do that?
