Color Laserjet CP5225
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer keep blinking (red) and it keep says "Memory Low" when I printed some pages.
Even only printing 1 page of B&W, the error still occured. 

 

*Its a networking printer that commonly only used by two pc.

Thank you for replying, sorry to hear that the issue was not fixed.

you can try the following steps to check if this fixes the issue.

 

1.Check the firmware version of the printer and update to latest firmware.
2.Perform a reset on the unit.
3.Turn off the IPV6 on the printer
Go to setup menu > Network setup, Network services, IPV6> turn off or turn off the IPV6 on the router.
4. Try to assign a manul IP address.

The printer memory is full which is why your are receiving this error message. Try turning your printer off and on again. This should clear the memory from the printer. When you send print jobs down to the printer, try sending them in smaller chunks. Every so ofter, power cycle your printer to clear the memory and your should not have this problem in the future.

Already power on/off several times. Still the same.

Just now, I restored the setting to default.
It restarting, and tried print 1 page, the error still there.
