After I printed out about 100 colour copies the printer suddenly stopped and it came up with a picture of the toner cassett with a question mark and under it; memory fault. Under it, it showed small pictures on all four cassettes with question marks. When I pressed the question mark it was said that there is a communication fault with all toner cassets. I reinstalled the tone cassetes but it did not helped. I turned off the printer and after 2 min I tuned it on again. It did not helped.

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with the printer. I will be delighted to assist you here.
follow these steps to reset the printer.
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Keep me posted. 🙂

Thank you for the tips. I did as you told me, but after the warm up and initial period, the display directly showed the same faulty message - "Memoryfault" and smal pictures of the carriages together with a question mark. I have today ordered new colour magasines from my supplier. One of them seem to be almost emty. Maybe that could help. I will come back to you on wednesday.
