My printer's calibration is off, but I can't get into the correct menu under System Setup to calibrate it. I get the error message "Menu access is disabled." I've tried unplugging the printer, but that didn't work. The error is still present. I need some advice on fixing this issue. The calibration for the black cartridge seems fine. It's the color cartridges that are creating the problem.

Hi @C_ande

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Menu access is disabled" message.

Let's try these steps to restore the printer settings to defaults -

1) Press OK to open the menus.
2) Use the Left arrow or the Right arrow button to select the Service menu, and then press the OK (Select) button.
3) Use the left arrow or the right arrow button to select Restore defaults, and then press the OK button. The product automatically restarts.

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform an NVRAM reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
