Which printer driver do you have installed?

I have to print on transparent paper from microsoft word or adobe illustrator.

Likely you will have to manipulate the image in software. Reverse printing with a monochrome printer has very limited application and likely HP does not see that as something they need to include in the driver when programs like Illustrator support it natively and offer more flexible options than a driver would.

I suggest if you are going to use Illustrator you take some training to get a  handle on basic functions like this or make better use of Google as a quick search showed the steps to do mirror print in the first suggested link for illustrator.

As for Word, again quick google search https://www.techrepublic.com/blog/windows-and-office/quick-tip-flip-text-for-a-mirror-image-in-word/

I want to print text not images. And I know how to flip text on illustrator. I have no time to flip my documents on illustrator. I just want marked option on the attached image. And I am facing same problem on Hp Laserjet Pro m12w also.
