Printing more than one copy is printing double sided on same sheets??

Its hard to believe that something this basic could have issues.

Properties > Finishing, the Print on  both sides is NOT ticked .

In Print Properties Print on both sides says NO.

So how on earth is this printing copies on same sheets?

What is the point of printing more than one copy to have it on the same sheet anyway?

The printer is USB wired into a laptop and is shared with 1 other laptop.

This happens with any format, excel, pdf, word etc.

We make sure that in the print properties of the print job in whatever program we're in, it says Single sided or Print One Sided ect.  But it still does it.

Baffled

Have you tried restoring factory defaults on the printer? Sometimes they seem to get confused and just need a reset.
