Hello! I’m stumped- I have taken my  printer mfp m477fd apart as much as I can to try to clean but still can’t eliminate the smudges that appear on all printing jobs. help!

The issue is the fuser assembly. The marks on the left side are very common and caused by delamination of the rubber rollers which causes toner to stick and get redeposited. There is no cleaning you can do to fix this, your option is to replace the fuser or rebuild the fuser.
