Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer stopped printing I see all the jobs in the Que I am not sure what to do to get them to print

Are there any error messages on the front panel of the printer?

For instance - Paper Jam, out of ink, wrong size paper loaded... etc.

HP Print and Scan Doctor is great at fixing those types of issues:

Go to this web page

and when your mouse moves over the box "Printer offline or Print Job Stuck in Queue

It will change to Download, Download and run HP Print and Scan doctor

that would be a good place to start.
