Product: HP LaserJet P1102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will not print.  It has 5 docs waiting and saying it has  been paused. I did not pause it and cannot see where to unpause it.  Please can you advise.  My lap top is HP Pavilion - dv7 Notebook PC. Thanks

Hi,

Open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.

Right-click your printer icon and select See What's Printing.

 

On the shown dialog click the top Printer menu and click on Pause Printing, the mark next to it will then disappear and printing will be resumed.
