Laser Jet Pro MFP M130nw

Good afternoon, I have an issue with my printer Laser Jet Pro MFP M130nw.

When I want to print the document:

1. Printer do not print but ask OK

2.  If you press OK printer always printing the same page, you must do cancellation to continue with another page.

3. Printer print first page only (I can't print hole document) So, I must change the page  (1 than 2 than 3...) all the time and press OK, to get full document printed out.

It's really uncomfortable, I don't know how to fix it.

I need it to be printed normally, no need to ask me OK, to print hole document in a one click and one time only, no need copy it all the time.

Please help me.

Sincerelly,

Anna

The most common cause of this behaviour is page size or type setting mismatch. For example, the print job wants to print on A4 paper, but the paper size settings on the printer are set to letter size. Make sure that you have the paper size on the printer set properly to match the paper size that your print job is requesting.
