My printer has stopped automatic duplex (two sided) printing after software update

Hello,

I have "two-sided" printing option in some cases like printing a web page but not others like pdf and Microsoft Office Word.  I only get  the "Print on both sides (manually)" option.  I have Duplex ON under Paper Setup.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available again.

Hello,

Thank you for your help.  I just saw it.  The Device Settings are all greyed out; "Update now", "Tray 3 Not installed", Duplex Unit Not Installed", Job Storage Disable", and Mopier Mode Disable".  All greyed out.  I cannot select anything.

Please let me know what to do.

I was able to change the Device Settings.  But there's no Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory.

What should I do.
