HP Recommended

My printer just stopped allowing double sided printing and I am unable to install any of the large printer driver applications.

Knowing what printer you have would make it easier to give you some direction. Also the answer will be different depending on what kind of computer or phone you are printing from.

That info did not carry through. it is an HP Laser Jet Pro MFP series. I fussed around and got it to work. I went through connecting HP Smart to my HP account, signed in and was finally able to access the system settings that allowed me to re-enable double sided printing. No idea how this got turned off after a year of working properly. I am guessing it was triggered by a recent update of some sort. Thank you for your offer of assistance!
