Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When i try to print with my printer samsung scx4623f on my display I read error #04-002....

Could you help me please?

Only can find Samsung SCX5635FN LSU error Error: #04-002 Turn off then on.

LSU means laser scanner you may have to check or replace it.

I turn off the printer and after I turn on but I have again the same problem
