My printer won’t print

LaserJet Pro P1102w
Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

My printer is on. Green & Blue light on, but when I printed a test page it was blank. What am I missing? Really need this printer working ASAP for a project trying to get done. Thank you!

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Check the toner level

Perform step 5 from this document.

 

If the print quality is not satisfactory or is blank, try step 7 and 8 from the same document.
