HP Laserjet Pro M402dne

Just bought this printer which says it automatically prints on both sides but I cant seem to get it to do so. I do have the option for manual 2-sided but not auto. Any tips?

You are having a driver issue. You do not tell us your operating system but you need to go into the properties of the driver and find the device settings tab and click on it and there should be a section called installable options and you need to change the duplex from not installed to installed and will then do it automatically.

You should be able to change the setting. Make sure you are an administrative user on your computer. If you are and still can not solve then I suggest you call hp customer care in your region since the printer should be under warrany so they can give you help at no charge.
