lazerjet PRO 200 MFP m276nw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a lazerjet PRO 200 color MFP m276nw printer and when i try to print a word document it wont print letters that are of a larger size ( ex: size 100 ). Every thing else on the page prints fine just not the oversized letters

There was an issue identified a year or so ago which (I think) affected LaserJet Pro 200/300/400 models: font sizes of 72 points or above just resulted in blank areas on the page.

 

The problem was resolved in a firmware release.

So you'll need to download and install the latest firmware for your model.

There was an issue identified a year or so ago which (I think) affected LaserJet Pro 200/300/400 models: font sizes of 72 points or above just resulted in blank areas on the page.

 

The problem was resolved in a firmware release.
