Every time printing jobs from "Tray 2 NO Paper Pickup error message showing" but there is no any physical paper jam. when i use tray 2 to print jobs this message appear. HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn.Please how to solve this problem
I did the following troubleshooting but nothing happens. Still there is the problem
1.Replaced Tray 2 Roller
2.Replaced Tray 2 Separation Pad
3.Restarted so many times.
4.Removed power cable and waited 2 mins and reseated again
5.Reset printer
6.Paper size and type is correct
7.Cleaned everything no dust particle

I have dealt with printers where the pickup roller drive shaft gets broken. This requires fairly major disassembly to fix. You can check by trying to rotate the pickup roller manually. If you can turn the roller then either the drive shaft is broken or not engaged.
