Hi,

I did an NVRAM reset to my printer by powering on the printer and holding touch on the lower right corner of the touchscreen after HP logo appears until "initializing permanent storage" message appears. After it resets, the printer just goes to home screen and doesn't show the initial setup screen that appeared when I first purchased the printer.

I have the latest firmware version installed in the printer. Any help?

Kind Regards,

Tarek Y.

Hi,

I finally got this resolved. You need to do a Super NVRAM reset instead of a normal NVRAM reset.

When powering on your printer, as soon as the HP logo appears, touch and hold the lower left corner of the screen until it displays the message "Permanent Storage Init".

That's it.

Kind Regards,

Tarek Y.
