Product: M203dw

Bought a lot of surplus M203dw from a college.  I was able to reset most, but one is completely locked with Administrator password.  Need help to do a hard reset.  I have tried most button combinations.  USB functionality is working.  EWS is viewable until asking for a settings page, then password prompt and no further access.

Please perform the steps provided below.

Restore the factory-set defaults 

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.
