Product: HP LaserJet 400 colorMFP M475dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

 

While printing with usb connection and installed the printer  Hp LaserJet 400 colorMFP M475dn,  it works very well and prints without any problem but when try to print with network  driver the paper always jams.  

 

I have upgraded the printer with the latest drivers.

I have installed the latest printer network drivers.

The errors continues to repeat.

I would like to ask your help to solve this issue.
